Details regarding the scope of processing your personal data by Nobel Expo Uluslararası Fuarcılık A.Ş. (“Nobel Expo” or the “Company”) in its capacity as the data controller, under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), are presented below for your information.

1. Methods of Collecting Your Personal Data and Legal Grounds

Your personal data is collected through various channels by our Company in order to conduct our activities, based on legal grounds for compliance with the regulations and Company policies. Your personal data may be processed and transferred within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK, and in accordance with the fundamental principles outlined by KVKK, for the purposes specified in this Information Text.

2. Processing of Your Personal Data

Your collected personal data is processed, in accordance with the fundamental principles outlined by KVKK and within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK, for the following purposes:

· Ensuring the execution of Nobel Expo's commercial activities in compliance with the regulations and Company policies, · Designing and executing Human Resources activities, · Ensuring the commercial and legal security of individuals in a business relationship, · Preserving Nobel Expo's commercial reputation and the trust it has established.

3. Sharing of Your Personal Data

Your collected personal data may be shared, in compliance with the fundamental principles outlined by KVKK and within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK, for the purposes of conducting our business activities, with our affiliates, suppliers, external service providers, and legally authorized public institutions and organizations.

4. Your Rights as a Data Subject under Article 11 of KVKK

Under Article 11 of KVKK, which came into force on October 7, 2016, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• To request information if your personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
